Quality Improvement and Patient Safety
Working to international standards, we will design and deliver comprehensive quality improvement and patient safety initiatives to address key clinical risks within your organisation. Service Evaluation
Using the
standard NHS toolkit, or locally developed approaches, we will undertake service
and organisational evaluations, providing objective feedback on performance
against recognised standards. This may also include preparation for CQC
inspections and other regulatory activities.
Programme and Project Management
With extensive
experience in programme and project management - from major capital programmes,
to organisational transformation, and small-scale improvement projects - we will formulate
detailed programme and project plans, based on a shared vision of the desired
future state.
Reducing Restrictive Practices

programme. With a proven track record of delivering tangible results in this area, we can advise organisations, undertake diagnostic work, and support development of

Training and Development
Invariably an integral component of the work we undertake, we will design and deliver bespoke training and workforce development activities which underpin delivery of key organisational objectives. This may also include facilitation of team building, away days and workshops.
